We want you to love your fragrance, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@viosaperfume.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
